I am blowing 15 amp screw in type fuses. The odd thing is that they only blow when I plug in low voltage electronic items like my internet router for instance. They don't blow when plugging in a 40 watt light bulb or my treadmill. Nothing else is in the circuit that draws any power. I'm stumped.

That is strange, because the router draws very little power. If it's happening when just the router is being plugged in, I would say check the routers power cord. Over stretched, pet that likes to chew on wires, etc.

What other items are causing it to blow?

Please wait for the electricians to respond. Thanks.

I discovered the problem. The socket the fuse was plugged into was loose causing the system to short out intermittently. Just tightened down the screw and bingo. Thanks for the replies. Mark in Fresno
