Blower relay for Trane EX1000

The fan would not stop on my blower. I determined it was not the thermostat and traced the issue to the blower relay RLY02257. This part is now RLY022807. The problem is the new relay is solid state and the pin puts are different. The part did not come with directions. I am sure this is not the first time this has been asked but I could not find it in the search feature. Does anyone have a diagram or better yet pictures of how to wire this new relay?

I am out of the woods for now since I hit the existing relay with a hammer and it started working again. I am betting its on it's last leg and will need to be changed out soon enough. Any help would be appreciated.
