Blower motor checked turn freely, bad cap replaced, freon checked, condenser and evap coils cleaned.
If you catched the fan (blower motor) not turn on when ac first start, just turn ac off couple minutes and turn it back on, it will working fine. If you did not catched on time, it will frost the evap coil all the way to condenser.
This is a heat pump unit. It start doing it last summer, after I change out the cap, it working fine through the whole summer. Now it start doing it again.
Could it be the relay? Or the blower motor? Any help would be appreciated it.
