I replaced it because it wasn't engaging at all, it's in the correct position, it's the same motor, I don't understand, there is no external starting cap. ..
Post brand and model number of furnace.

How many wires are connected?

It's an International Gas, century products? , HG 160 B model, there's only two wires to the motor, could my pulley be not tight enough? It's spinning in the right direction, I mean the house is warm, there's some blowing going on, it just seems slow. I tried posting a video of it in action. ..

Second link doesn't work.
Was it a like for like changeout? What's the amp draw of the motor vs RLA? Spinning up to rated RPM? Static pressure of the duct? Filter size and type used? Voltage to the motor? Capacitor used vs motor rating? Blower wheel clean? How is the wheel positioned in the housing? What's delta while firing?

Do you have it as a private vid. If so, no one can see it without permission.

Might want to try youtube.

if it's belt and pulley then it's old enough to be centrifugal switch. The switching would not be the problem. It either wouldn't start or it would blow the breaker if it was.

Most likely a slipping belt. Does the blower wheel seem to start at a slightly delayed rate, or slowly pick up speed as compared to the motor?

With good belt tension the blower wheel should react IMMEDIATELY when the motor starts
