At one of my rental properties when the t stat calls for heat, the furnace fires up and after 30 seconds or so, the blower comes on as it should. However, once the room gets to temperature, the blower does not shut off. I have let it go for hours, and it never shuts off. I have also turned the t stat down to 50 and t he blower stays on. The only way to turn the blower off is to turn off the kill switch on the side of the furnace. I have a meter, but I dont know what to check to diagnose this problem. Any ideas?

open the furnace, disconnect the wire connected to g terminal. restore power.

likely a sticking relay and u would have to change the board to fix that.
