Im wondering wether or not to leave school. If i stay on i could be doing 3 highers but im just wondering if ther is much point if i want to become a plumber? Im currently doing intermediate 2's the now.

Are you kidding? Stay in school! After all, plumbers aren't a bunch of dropouts. We have a specific set of skills that are highly sought after. First of all, you (yes you specifically) need to improve your English and grammar. I don't say this to sound condescending, but seriously, read and critique your own post. Secondly, a very strong mathematical aptitude is required. Third, a good understanding of the sciences comes in quite handy.

Finish school. You'll never regret your decision to do so.

Stay in school and if possible go to higher education. there is a lot more to plumbing than digging ditches and gluing pipe together. Plumbing is getting more technical each year. You have to stay in school and learn all you can in order to stay competitive in the trade.

All the decent apprenticeship programs require a high school diploma. If you want to dig their trenches for the rest of your life, that is your choice. Math is a biggie for a Plumber. You need to know how to figure angles for installing piping and the amount of fixture units you are using when bidding a job. Do you think laying out a 4 story building for the water and drainage is an easy task? Stay in school.

Is there even a plumbing trade school you can get into with out a high school diploma? Stay in school... you have the rest of your life to work. You will never regret an education and you will use it at work and in your everyday life for the rest of your life.

• Stay in school - learn as much as you can!
• It does not matter what career path you choose, you need education!
• High school, trade school or program, junior college, university - do it!

And you need to understand that you need to be a life-long learner. Any career field changes over time and most become more technical in today's world. You need to change and adapt as well - with education being the key enabling you to do so.
