Hello,

Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on a recirculating range hood that is actually semi effective?

Unfortunately my options are limited as I own a high rise condo unit That has the kitchen on an interior wall. Currently there is a $40 Broan hood that is no longer working.

No recirculating range hood is even semi effective. All they will do is diffuse smoke and aerosolized oils into your kitchen. If you just want to spread those things further, I'd just recommend some additional fans.
