What is the best product to help with the removal of solid stain 100% latex off of an outdoor deck? It is peeling up pretty good now with just a pressure washer, but there are sections that are hard to get off. I will sand the deck but would like to get as much of the old stain off as possible. Let me know.

Flood PowerLift was our go to product. It's the only one we found that really worked well, though we certainly haven't tried them all. It's been a while sinced I've needed it and the product name may have changed now. Flood has done some major relabeling since Akzo Nobel bought them.
