What types of caulking can you use for this application
when applying it between the floor joist and the floor plywood
in a shed, or is it glue inside a caulking tube?
Judging by color of the tube, I would guess is PL Premium. Construction adhesive. Darned good stuff. Gluing the subfloor to the joists in common in a house --- it helps to keep the floor from squeeking. But a waste of time/money on a shed, IMHO.
