Hi all,

Thanks to this forum I've been steered away from using Behr paint and am going with BM paint instead. Does anyone have experience with the BM "Ben" paint? How is the quality?

I'm sure any BM paint will be better than Behr but would like to avoid paying $70 for a gallon of the Aura or Natura if possible. I'll just be painting some interior rooms in my house.

Thanks!

Ben paint has been well received. By nature of the waterborne technology and colorants it is a high quality product and far better then Behr. Feedback we have received is that the coverage and flow are great and the low odor helps. You will not be disappointed with the ben line of paints.

As far as cost, based on our retails, figure ben Flat at $28, ben Eggshell + Semi at $30. As far as Natura or Aura go, both are phenominal products. Aura can range from $48 to $55 and Natura from $42 to $49. Of course this all depends on the dealer.

Good luck with your decision.........

Thanks for the info and link.

I'm guessing it's because I'm in Canada and I assume this is a US website, but Ben here runs $47-49 for the eggshell. The Natura was quoted to me at $61. Crazy how much of a price difference there is in some products.

We've decided to go with the Ben line. I can't wait to get started. Thanks again!
