Bedroom LED lights working at about 50% brightness

Hello All,

I have been having an issue with the lights in my bedroom over the last couple months. I have 4 recessed LED lights connected to a single dimmer switch. Every time I turn the lights on, only 1 light seems to turn on to full brightness. The remaining 3 lights operate at about 50% brightness compared to the 1. When I turn the dimer all the way down, the 3 lights turn completely off. I don't have a ton of electrical experience so I am at a bit of a loss. I gladly welcome any ideas as to what the problem might be.
