I have a bathroom that I am remodeling on a foreclosure I Bought. There is a full size jacuzzi that is sunken in and there is dirt under it no concrete. Should I put concrete after I do the plumbing ?

I would after plumbing for new tub. fill it with a mixed gravel and compact it in thin layers as best you can.

I would also suggest to apply concrete after plumbing. That's what I will do if I were in your shoe.
