I have replaced the bathroom fan in our guest bathroom. I have sealed around where the housing and the drywall hole meet. I have also been sure to seal the exhaust house. However, the housing itself has multiple small holes on top where light escapes. I don't want to just cover it with lose insulation, because that would let dust and insects get inside the housing from the attack. Would I be okay to seal those small holes on the housing where light is escaping?
