Working on a basement room, I decided to have a part wall with a step to include a live edge shelf, I dry fitted live edge shelf before wall was complete so I don't mess up freshly painted wall. I will remove shelf to finish wall and reinstall afterwards. I also included remote controlled LED lighting as well. I routered the bottom of live edge to home all the hidden wires. Here are a few shots including a close up of what the LED pod will look like in place.
