Hi guys and gals, we had water in our basement from the ridiculous amounts of rain we've been getting here in Manitoba and Ive had to rip out some drywall.

I'm thinking about possibly putting up a new wall and moving some doors around to add a storage/work room for me. I know I can do all the work myself but was just wondering if anyone had any ideas or pointers that could help me out.

The attachment is what I'm working with, black are existing walls and doors and red is the new wall and doors I want to move around.

I don't see anything wrong with what you propose. You're not removing any load bearing walls, right?
If you have any problems along the way though, feel free to ask!

The only concern I can see is adding the second bedroom door. Be sure it's installed correctly if that is a load bearing wall.
