Basement toilet on concrete with tile finish. Just finished pouring concrete over new plumbing for toilet and noticed the closet bend moved during pour and is slightly tilted. It appears that once the toilet flange is secured on finished floor it will be tilted by roughly 3/16" and not totally flush. Pipe is ABS 4" and finished floor will be flat (no grade). As long as the toilet sits flat on the finished floor will a wax ring make up for the tilt? (One side of the wax squishing 3/16" more than the other.)

Thanks for your thoughts.
