Can anyone tell me what these three pipes are for? Trying to plan a basement bathroom but can't tell what I've got here. I was thinking from left to right it's a shower/tub drain, sink drain, and toilet drain. However, the sink and tub drains seemed too close together, and usually you have the toilet next to the tub.

My plan is for it to look like this picture below, but not sure I can do that with this rough-in arrangement. Any thoughts?

I agree, seems very close for a sink and shower.

One of them may be a vent. Maybe it's a half bath? Usually just a toilet and sink no shower. Just a thought.

eplumber and ghost will be along soon to help you out.

You can add a horizontal trap arm to the vent. Point it to the lav as drawn in your floor plan. Just don't make it longer than allowed by your plumbing code
