I have an Augusta batroom sink with a two handle, single hole faucet assembly. There is no manufacture name on the assembly but it looks just like the "Fima Frattini" Nameeks S5041 with dome handles. The handles are mounted at 2 and 10 o'clock into the base of the faucet. There are no access holes in the handles for access to locking or set screws. How are the handles removed ???

Often the bell shaped part under the handle is threaded on ===grab it an see if it unscrews---the handle is actually built into that bell.

If so those round caps one the handles unscrew or just pop off, then you can get to the screw holding the handle on then the housing unscrews to get to the washers and stem packing.
