Guys thanks for letting me into ya'lls home.New to forum which was recommended to me by a member on another forum. What brought me to this forum is my project which will be building a 1000-1200 sq ft living space where wife and I plan to spend our retirement yrs. So nothing fancy,just big enough for two people and weekend guest like grand kids so wanting two BR's and one bath rm.Which being on small end will help keep taxes down. It be in what is called East Tx which is rural area not whole lot going on where we plan to move which will also be close to Toledo Bend. TB is a big lake with crappie so that's what be doing in spare time when not in shop.
