Quick question, we are possibly going to do a complete bathroom renovation due to a mold issue that many of you have probably seen another thread on. Our home was built in 1967. It currently has vinyl stick tiles that I would guess are not original. We have some old linoleum in the water heater closet, but aren't planning on messing in there, small possibility. We will be tearing out all the sheetrock, replacing pretty much everything but the toilet.

I know asbestos can be in a LOT of stuff, drywall compounds, etc. Maybe the plumbing has asbestos tape, etc. Is this a major concern and would require testing pre-renovation or not? I don't believe its in the ceiling. The room is 6x9ish max.
