Are red multi-staples allowed from subpanel to trusses

I am about to run some romex in the garage, from a sub panel to the open trusses. I have some of the red plastic MCS-W20 multi staple guides, and I was wondering if I could run a line of them, next to the vertical feed conduit. The wall is flake board and I hate using the regular white staples because it feels like the board will break apart if neded to lift one of the staples.
