Could be spider mites. I'd spray that with insecticidal soap right away, it's a quick and cheap first shot.

Take a pic to your county extension service. They are usually very helpful.

Although a cute little filly when she was young, it's time to replace the fire hazard with another cute little filly.:smile:

There are many diseases that are possible. Going to the County Extension is a good idea. They recommend looking carefully at where the affected areas are, first.
