I think its generally called monorail track lighting. But I don't recognize that connection.

Is it low voltage, or 120 VAC ?
Maybe a dumb question... would any manufacturer's monorail light work on any monorail system? The ones from Encompass/Tech lighting are expensive (!) and I'm wondering if each monorail system is unique and will only work with their own lights?

Also, there doesn't look like many options for monorail lights ... am I correct? Or do I need to search more to find them?

If mechanics and voltage match, I dont see why not.
As a side note, I have installed several of these and spent plenty of time "wiggling" different pendants to get them the connect and light.
