My name is Dave and i live in a 1920s era apartment and I'm currently repairing a lot of the plaster walls. I enjoy doing it although the dust is unbelievable and it's interesting to me to see how these old buildings are constructed. I've spent an inordinate amount of time repairing many of the walls/ceilings but I think I've done a pretty good job so far for a DIY hack! Looking forward to sharing ideas with fellow members.
Hi Dave and welcome to the forum. Add a nearby big city to your profile so all will know your climate and building practices. Old homes are tough, lead, asbestos, so be careful. Use a few of those N-95 masks if you have any .
