Another problem as you can see from the pic the y I have on my washer tie in is causing me to lose slope of my drainage pipe
i got slope almost to the y and then a little farther down the line
my problem is The washer drain sits on top of one of the main beams
what do I do here?
knotch it? wont it weaken it?

also how to I make the drain have a slope with this type of connection it tries to make it strait is there some kind of flexible pipe i could put on the end to connect it to the y?

Im getting aggravated at this really i need some help please

Do not notch the beams or joists.

If you had to reposition the existing drain pipes to install a washing machine drain and lose the necessary slope, then you made a bad choice of location for the washing machine drain.

Also do not splice on to a washing machine drain hose unless the instruction manual specifically says you may. The built in pump is only strong enough to pump water the length of the supplied hose to a loosely fit drain connection or laundry tub. You can build a platform to put the machine on so the hose will reach a drain connection near the ceiling.

In addition there must be a trap in the washing machine tie in, I think 24 inches below where the machine hose is plugged in and then you connect to the main drain.
