Recently had my inspector fail my insulation inspection for pot lights in a flat roof. The break in the r value at the pots was not acceptable to him.

Fine I understand.
What I am looking for is a lighting solution that looks like pots but fits to a standard octagonal box.
I found the following from sea gull lighting but wondering if anyone knows of others.

HomeDepot sells the same type LED disk light thst will fit in a 4" box for about $30.

Do you know if this allowed to be used in an insulated ceiling? The fiberglass will be touching the box..
