We have an office building and the exterior finish is a Dryvit (or similar) product which is painted. We have several areas that need repair, less than 10 sq ft total. We are hoping to make the repairs ourselves but we cannot purchase the Dryvit due to the fact that we're not licensed and we're told it's a hazardous material. We thought the quotes we received to have these areas fixed by a contractor were high (~$1000). It sure would be nice if we could repair this stuff on our own as the building ages. Does anyone have a recommendation for an alternative to Dryvit for repair purposes?
