As I'm googling for this jig, I got to thinking I better ask the the guys at DIY their thoughts.

Is their one you recommend "that is NOT plastic please"!

Thanks

Both suggestions may be good for a workshop. However in this case it's cabinet grade birch plywood and the quality level needs to be high.

But thanks for your input nonetheless.

I also use the Rockler kit. It's the self centering bit that kames it work well. Brad point bit in collar that makes clean holes and does not ever touch the jig so the holes don't get widened out. Like Millertyme, have done hundreds of holes with no issues.

Well that's good to know. Thanks Millertime, Chito. I was about to plunge into this beast: http://tinyurl.com/d5d5bwe

Boy was I liking that toy, but you all know as well as I that these days, liking something to much does not justify spending the money.:whistling2: [need I say iPad!]

Rockler is just down the road from the current job to boot. So another lunch time errand.

Thank you all for your points of view.
