my condo has an interior 4 piece bathroom. it has an exhaust fan, but it does not have an air register from the furnace.

on the other hand, my ensuite walk in closet does have an air register.

i think the builder goofed. the bathroom needs air. the closet does not.

is this an ontario bldg code requirement, or ashrae ?

Not uncommon for interior bathrooms to not have a supply register. When occupied with the exhaust fan on it gets enough conditioned air by drawing it under the door.
