Sorry for the improper nomenclature, but this is my problem.

I am replacing my evaporator coil that is connecting to my air handler.
Old coil dimensions are 33.5 x 25 x 12 and all the newer 4 ton evaporator coils are 39 x 25 x 12. The 39 inches wide will not fit in the current layout in the attic. Can I order some sort of angled piece that transitions from my furnace to coil at an angle in order for it to fit?

Thanks for the help!

You can use flexboard to deal with this space. The most important is replacing the TXV to match condenser .

You have to install a new TXV even it comes with a new coil. The new TXV has to match the condenser specs.
