We recently had a small mold problem in one of our crawlspaces and decided to install french drain in both our crawlspace as well as the basement. The walls are cinderblock and the company which did this project did a poor job of painting the thoroseal on the walls. We did not notice this till everything dried out and our walls look patchy now.

I wanted to paint it with UGL Drylok latex but after a little bit of research found out it would not help me as I already have thoroseal on the wall. I was also considering Behr waterproof paint as someone on a forum mentioned that as this was acrylic and not latex, it can still be used on top of thoroseal.

What do I do?? This is so confusing...please help!!

The previous owner had some type of waterproofing paint on, which was followed by the said patchy Thoroseal. I don't know what type was used. Can I follow it up with more Thoroseal? If so, what type?
