Long story short. I have a concrete pad in my backyard I want to use for my boat. Existing gates are 90" wide, two gates each 90". I bought the house with the fence and the gates are 99% wood with metal frames at the corners. Gates need to be replaced as they have sagged to dragging AND the cross members have begun to crack. Hinges don't look anywhere near sufficient enough. I am planning to replace the gates and hardware and I ran across the "Adjust-a-gate" system online. It is a steel frame used for gates. Seems a little more convenient than having a custom frame fabricated. Any of you have experience or opinions on this product? Link is below:

Howdy Swampworks,
I've dealt with sagging gate kit's and they usually are very effective. The idea is they create the support of the gate in angles that are weak. I would make sure to always use washers to keep the lag bolts secured. As a quick reminder, a level and measuring tape will save you a lot of time too.
