Hello,
I am adding a recessed light in my pantry and planned to tap into wiring on a light switch that is on the same circuit. I noticed that the light switch is a 3 way that only has hot wires running to it (No neutral). I do have several other recessed lights within 4' of where I plan to place the new one (also on the same circuit). Is it ok to just tap into the hot and neutral from one of the other lights for this new one? So long as they are on the same circuit?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Most likely your two 3-ways are directly linked using whats called the traveller postive. Simpler to just add on to another light and not mess with the 3-way. Just properly connect snd add
