New to DIY...My current bathroom light fixture takes has two globes one bulb each. My question is I wanted to add more light maybe a fixture that holds three or four bulbs. Can i just replace the fixture with a diffrent one with more light or do i need to call an electrician?will there be enough power?


Same with dining area have a one bulb fixture can I replace it with a 5 five bulb chandelier?

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Yes, you can put in a 3 or 4 bulb fixture safely.
The circuit should handle it just fine.
same with the dining room fixture.

Just make sure your wires are 90ºC rated. Most new fixtures will require that. If you house was built ofter 1985 then you are probably OK.
