I am adding a kitchenette to my basement. I will be using the Saniflo Sanivite pump for grey water to drain a small sink and compact dishwasher to the drainage pipe from the downstairs bathroom. I plan on putting a PEX tee in each of the water lines in my water heater closet. The closet shares a wall with where I want the sink. My major questions is where to safely place the Pex tee to the copper pipe and verifying the sewer drainage pipe from my basement is where I believe it is.

Any help would be appreciated.
