Looking for a little guidance. I have 3 small offices and one has really poor air circulation. I was interested in splicing into the existing flexible duct work and add a register. Is this the best possible approach? Also, is it as simple as cutting into existing duct and applying a "T"?

Very poor practice to take another run off of another flex run, neither one works then. Go all the way back to the trunk line and take it from there.

Won't really get you more air flow, just takes away from the other supply. best to tap into the main trunk and run a new supply. Or increase the size of the existing one.
