I want to add at least 1 more ceiling pull chain light in my basement, feeding off of a current one. Is that OK to do? Would I be able to put 2 wires on each screw, or is there a better way to wire it? My current one has 1 wire on each screw.

Thanks.

do not put 2 wires under a single screw,
some lights have 2 sets of screws for this purpose,
If not, connect your wires with a pig tail (short wire) to connect the fixture to

You should be able to find some clips that clamps and connects them, I think each one fits 2 or 4 wires. They make em for small gauge wire, so they may make them for larger wire. One long enough to supply your first light, second to tie your supply in and the third one to carry your supply to your next light. Repeat for your common wires and then your ground you know about I suspect.
