Looking to add a laundry sink in my basement at the blue line. First issue I see is there is no p-trap on the washer, so I will add a p-trap at the red circle. Second issue is there is no vent. I cant connect to any nearby vent so I'll have to add an AAV. Does the AAV go before or after the laundry sink? Or would I tee in the AAV so it is venting both?
