Why don't you get local estimates as opposed to asking on the internet? Don't you think it would be more functional?
Cost of the tile is based on your choice of tile. The labor cost is locality driven

Acoustic ceiling tiles can get very expensive. A cheaper alternative would be to just use a cheap foam ceiling tile. Softer materials will help absorb the sound rather then reflect it. I have no idea what it would cost to hire someone to install them for you though. You might even be able to do it yourself though. Some of them can just be put up with glue. Hope this helps.
