Accessing evap coil - creating a reusable access panel

My HVAC guy did an efficiency test on my HVAC system, and determined that the evap coil is dirty (I can confirm this, having seen it from the camera he used to view it.) My question is, does anyone have recommendations on how to create a reusable access panel to gain access to the coil to clean it now, as well as in the future. Any info you need to help me with this, just let me know. I can provide pics etc.

Because there are multiple configurations, it is hard to describe how yours could be done without posting pics.
