Accessing Coils on inside Goodman A/C

I have a condo with a Goodman A/C. My tenant says it's not cooling very well. I read on internet about cleaning the coils. Bought cleaner and fin comb.

What I read on the internet said the coils will be behind the filter. Not so in this case. The filter is close to the floor and the unit is above the ceiling. I don't see an easy way to get to the coils. There are two fans that connect to a box with a circuit breaker and past that is the drip pan with the condensation line.

Anyone have any experience with a unit like this or know where I can find info on it?
