Not really a refrigerator surprise because the only left over was about a half pound of left over ground beef, but still a favorite. She calls it french bread pizza loaf and topped with whatever is handy and baked at 350°F til done.

We live in FL in winter and NY in summer. When leaving one for the other, we go through about 3 weeks of “eat down” where we eat everything in stock. Your recipe works for me. A few more weeks and I might give it a try.
