I have a Lennox ac unit 13series. The outside unit sounds like it wants to turn on, but the fan isn't turning. Unit is not that old, around 4years. We have already replaced fan motor not long ago. Thermostat wire is not tore up.

sounds like fan motor or cap, is compressor starting?

did they install a new capicator when they replaced motor ?? Check fan cap..
