A/C was working earlier and now its not blowing air out the vents sounds like the fan is blowing....the filter was dirty i cleaned it out and planning on trying it again in the morning...i tried putting it just on fan instead of auto and the fan only turned on if i put it on cool....i would like to solve this issue myself instead of calling a tech out to my house so if you can help me please do and my a/c sits on top of the roof..

Does the condenser come on Or, just the blower in the air handler ??
