Pull back or remove all the wirin', 'n plumbin' in the area,....
Clean, 'n prep the frame ends for weldin', position 'em into place, 'n tack 'em up,...
Keep recheckin' yer measurements to keep things aligned, 'n keep tackin' it together,....
When ya got a full-pen weld, grind it clean, 'n flush,....
Fab up some fisch plates to span the area, inside, 'n out,...
Clamp 'em in-place, 'n start tackin' 'em in,....
Keep tackin', 'n cleanin', 'n checkin' til the plates are welded all 'round, Except the vary ends at the points,....
'n I always leave a tiny gap at the bottom to drain any water,...
