Hey guys I'm remodeling a bathroom and need to insulate a block wall that's an exterior wall from the inside. I plan on using some R-Tech foam board up against the concrete block and then use 6 millimeter visqueen as a vapor barrier over the foam board and studs. can anyone offer some guidance on this as a correct method.I live in Florida. thank you

If you're foam boarding the bath side wall only, and adjoining wall is not insulated, just foam the board-studs/structure joints to stop the draft and delete the vapor barrier. I assume the board is closed cell and a vapor barrier. Then use red guard on the tile backer as a vapor barrier. Use can foam to seal the joints, not tape.
