looking for advice on my new project

500 sq ft basement with a concrete floor with some hairline cracks, the worst crack is 1/8 inch wide apx 7 ft long. The floor is 30 years old. Some floor leveling is required.

i would like to fill the crack with concrete repair, then floor leveling were required, then flexbond & tile. make sense?

my question is : do i need to use a crack isolating membrane like redgard?

is there any"lippage" at those cracks ?

no lippage at the cracks, the floor does have a gradual drop of 1/4 inch in a few areas.
