Bad gas

I found an easy way to check for bad gas: smell it. Smell good gas first and then smell the gas in your tank. You will notice the difference. I would recommend cleaning the carb, checking the air filter, draining the gas tank if it hasn't been used in a long time and replacing it with new gas as suggested.

engine quits when you start to put it under load blowing snow idles fine back fires once under load
Does it run better when you choke it? Use fresh gas. If it runs better when you choke it after you put fresh gas in, the carburetor needs:yes: cleaning.
