500 SF addition in Bay Area

Hi everyone,

My husband and I are looking to add a 500 sq. ft. addition to our one story home in the bay area. The addition will expand a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. We are not looking to install any cabinets, appliances, etc. We would just like the completed shell including all drywall, plumbing, and electrical so that we can complete the interior work ourselves.

Does anyone know approx. pricing?
