...found an RV Lot with this existing Meter main panel, used previously for a Mobile Home, I'm sure...

I've not run into a 4 'pole' Main breaker before and didn't know how/why it's used or wired differently versus the double-pole breakers I've used before, or even the very large 'single' throw 200amp main breakers...

It looks like there is the option of making use of these two spaces on each side, along with the Main Lugs at the bottom to another 'Sub Panel', if needed.

Nothing to worry about. It's just one somewhat common format of main breaker. It's pretty much just what it looks like, two 2-pole breakers of half the value, paralleled and with their internal common-trip mechanism spread across all four.

"Oh noes, paralleling! We can't parallel!" Not anywhere, no, but if you look at the list of controlled conditions under which you can parallel (including using special UL-listed equipment, and this is only mentioned in UL docs but part of that is individual fusing of each conductor), a main breaker pretty well fits the list. The internal resistance of the thermal trip mechanism should keep currents reasonably balanced among the legs.

see, so it's like basically 4 50amp breakers combined to make a '200amp' Main Breaker...
interesting, too, that the lugs are actually part of this 'breaker'...

And only in Alabama would you nurture your panel by letting vines and spiders infiltrate. You're gonna clean it up a little, aren't you?? And do something with that 30 amp circuit with the 10-2 sticking outside the panel.

yep, that will be a 50amp 240v double-pole on the left for the Motorhome,
and a 30amp and 20amp 120v single-pole on the right for the Camper and a Hot Tub( fun! :vs_whistle:)

...our story is maybe a little unique, in that we have a Motorhome, a diesel pusher we've traveled the country, Alaska, and most of Canada in...over 100,000 miles in just over 5 years, but have also parked for extended months, many times, and don't necessarily want the 'normal' campground or rv park life - though we've also had many times at those too.

We try to find a private 'campground' of our own whenever we can, because many times our Motorhome has been our home. While we owned a custom-built 3,600sqft home in west central Georgia, and a 900sqft cabin on the side of the Blue Ridge mountain in the Tusquittee valley in western North Carolina, we've been in our 'home on wheels' off-and-on for 1/2 of the last 6 years, like now.

I look for land for sale, especially lots that have previously had a mobile home or rv on it before. There are many more of these than most folks suspect, like where we just 'moved' from in north Alabama(far north, 5 miles from the TN Line), where we leased a private lot, 1 acre, fenced, where a mobilehome had previously sat for many years. It had the power pole with meter and main shutoff, water, and a septic tank. We just had to do a little work to get the power and water turned on, and we were set - a place of our own, and MUCH, MUCH more economical than trying to find an 'rv park' where you not only pay double, but also have 'neighbors' right out your door. Some like that, maybe...we don't.

We found our recent lease here in Hiawassee, leaving our third son in north Alabama, in his camper, on the leased lot, for his Dean's list Aerospace Engineering at UAH, while we came 'back' to Hiawassee. This lot was available as a previous mobilehome lot, which had burned some years ago, and had been removed, yet the lot remained unused. There is a BRMEMC electric meter/panel combo, which I started this thread about, water, and a septic tank, all ready to use once turned on by the utilities. The lot also includes a large two-car garage/storage shed, which will be a very NICE addition, versus the normal 'storage unit' rentals for our 'stuff. The lot is over an acre, in a nice neighborhood, with mountain views, and little traffic - very private. Sweet.

We've set up a 24-month lease, with the owners who happen to live in Texas. These things don't just always 'show up' on Zillow, or a 'lot for sale/rent' sign near the road - as I only knew about this possible lot from a conversation with a renter near downtown where another possible RV site might have been available. He put me in touch with a neighbor who had the landlord's phone number. I called the landlord, who initially said that they were not interested in renting the lot for a motorhome. I was a little crest-fallen, until he turned the conversation around and asked me if I would consider another lot at a different location that his cousin owned. When I went to look at the lot, I QUICKLY forgot about the other original site because this one 'had it all'!

As I told my son, after riding around and looking a possible places for two days, in the Hiawassee area, and him being 'bored' by the shear number of miles we drove, and the number of 'places' we looked at, that this is the type of 'work' you must do to 'accidentally' find a GREAT place for the next two years!
(of course, he's now excited, though, as we also found a low-cost camper for him to have, next to us on the lot, for his own 'pre-college dorm on wheels', like his brother in north Alabama!)

FUN : )

Chandler48, give me a shoutout in several weeks, when we return to Hiawassee from our end-of-school beach trip, and we'll bbq some hamburgers and catch up on some 'electrical' talk! Bring your lawn chair : )
(by the way, I looked extensively in the Young Harris area, too)

120 miles : )

also, today, while working on the power pedestal, I realized after the Utility cut on the power, that the MAIN BREAKER(quad 100a), only the downstream LUGS that are integrated as part of this unique main breaker set, and does NOT control the 4 spaces on the sides for other breakers - they apparently control themselves : )

I still haven't found a make/model for this pedestal, but it looks like GE breakers, as well as some other similar ones, like Homeline, will 'fit' the spaces, but I've also found that there is no 'din rail' at the bottom of these spaces. The breakers just 'hang' from the slots, which works for now, but is not ideal, of course. It looks like the din rail may have been removed, who knows why - ******* ingenuity, I presume.
I installed a simple household outlet, within a weatherproof box, and wired it to 1/2 of the 30amp double-pole breaker that was already installed, and it gives me the proper 120v power.
The slots all show 120v individually, or 240v between two, so I'm also wondering if I could find some 'Quad' breakers, like the 50/20 version, that would allow me to double-up to 8 circuits, with a 50amp 240v and two 20amp 120v on one side. I don't think GE makes a quad breaker set, and their 'tandem' sets use a differing connector that does not fit this 'vertical slot' style.
